She is infinitely grateful to Yogi Bhajan for the wonderful teachings of Humanology and Kundalini Yoga and has developed a workshop series called Luminous Women based on this wisdom, topics include Moon cycles, Women's facets, Conscious Relationships amongst others.
BIRTH BLISS
A mother of 2 beautiful sons, she is passionate about conscious motherhood. Alexandra has a deep understanding of the impact Yoga & meditation can have in a woman's life during pre-conception, pregnancy, birth and beyond. Her Birth Bliss Workshop has helped hundreds of couples over the past 8 years valuable techniques to assist them in having a blissful birth.
Her favourite quote is:
“May today there be peace within.
May you trust that you are exactly where you are meant to be.
May you not forget the infinite possibilities that are born of faith in yourself and others.
May you use those gifts that you have received, and pass on the love that has been given to you.
May you be content knowing you are a child of God.
Let this presence settle into your bones, and allow your soul the freedom to sing, dance, praise and love. It is there for each and every one of us.”
